Great Customer Service From Brentwood Store
My elderly mum visited the Brentwood 3 Store ahead of my arrival from abroad, wanting to find out about upgrading her iPhone. When I came in to help her complete the purchase with the information they had previously given her, Emily and her colleague could not have been more wonderful
Both ladies were incredibly patient, informative and thorough - taking the time to really understand what my mum actually needs from a phone rather than steering her toward something unnecessarily expensive. They explained everything clearly, compared the right options for her, and made sure she was getting the best possible deal for her situation
In a world where it’s easy to feel pressured in a phone shop, it was genuinely refreshing to be served by two people who clearly have the customer’s best interests at heart. My mum left feeling happy and she always know if she has a question she can pop in and they are always happy to help

Had a great experience at 3 Brentwood store today. I am a 3 broadband customer. I went in to get my SIM transferred from Giffgaff to 3. The manager was really helpful and explained the whole process really well. Going back again!
