I was angry before I got there
I was angry before I got there, due to a non functioning new home broadband I just got. Then I was attended to by a guy called PAULO. This guy indeed made me feel welcomed with his soft tone and smile. He made me a new deal and advised that I return the non functioning one back to Three.
In the end, I left there happy!
THANKS SO MUCH PAULO AND THE MANAGER!
You guys are GREAT 👍!!!

JUNIOR has the best customer service 🙏🏾
Even if English isn’t your strong suit and you have some difficulties, “JUNIOR”can really help you! He speaks three languages Spanish, English, and Portuguese perfectly, which makes communication so easy.
His customer service is amazing he explained everything about my contract and the mobile features so clearly. It was honestly the best experience I’ve had.
I was so impressed that I recommended the 3 Mobile store to my friends so they could get their contracts there too. “JUNIOR”is incredibly helpful and professional. Truly outstanding service thank you, Junior!”
