I had an excellent experience working with this cell phone service representative. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my options without any pressure. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they made sure my issue was fully resolved before ending the interaction. Excellent customer service
Lucy was very helpful and polite when helping me set up a new eSIM on my phone. We encountered an issue switching my existing number over and Lucy was excellent in helping resolve the issue.

Great service at 3
Bex is absolutely amazing. She showed us how much we could save monthly by switching to new phones. She went through all the options and explained each, data ,sims what phones were available and what Black Friday deals were available too. All in easily understood terms as both my wife and I are NOT tech savvy at all. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
