Needed help with a sim which I can travel with for work as I’m on the move a lot, Tanzia was so helpful as I’m a technophobe - but she explained in ways I could understand and asked questions without me needing to probe. Eg. Do u want a spend cap etc - considering my last providers bill was daylight robbery - so really appreciated her help and her setting up the eSIM for me.

Shout out to Ilayda!
I had a 10/10 experience this week at the Three store in Camden. I lost my phone while on holiday and had loads of questions so I could make an informed decision about which new phone and contract to get. The store manager (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was incredibly helpful, talking me through and writing out all the options.
Ilayda supported me with everything that followed - from setting up the new phone, to helping me liaise with my previous provider, to transferring everything over - and she was amazing. So patient, professional, and just great vibes all round. I was so grateful by the end that I even asked her for a hug, lol.
I also visited other mobile network shops on the high street to compare deals, and Three came out on top for both affordability and customer service. Thanks so much to the whole team!
