Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, being very patient with my total lack of understanding, using language I knew, not terminology. I would highly recommend the Cannock store, being very friendly and not pushing their advice or services onto you.

Dementia and a new phone
We needed to replace our Mom's aging phone with a newer up to date handset and renew her contract. As she has early on set of dementia, we planned ahead and gave the store the heads up.
When we arrived with Mom, Chloe was super helpful, respectful and genuinely made what we thought would be quite challenging, very easy indeed.
Thank you Chloe and all the team - you really made the difference.
