I went into the shop to upgrade my phone. Swapping from Samsung to iPhone. The lady who dealt with me was very friendly, helpful, professional and made it an easy process - sorry I didn't catch her... Voir plus

Contract upgrade
Went into the store get some help with my phone contract that I wanted updating. I dealt with Alix who found a good deal for me. Very pleasant experience and enjoyed chatting. Thank you.

Great members of staff
The members of staff were all extremely welcoming and patient while there, especially Sean who was particularly helpful and talked me through and helped understand the process of switching sims.

Carlisle Store Ruhina
I was served by a girl called Ruhina in the Carlisle store today. Very impressed with her service she helped me out with a issue with my pay as you go SIM card she also explained all the offers that I could have if I went to a contract, I certainly will consider the options in future and will call in to see her. A nice little store and very friendly staff. Thank you.
