Amazing customer service from Joseph. He went above and beyond what was required of him and not only did he sort out the issue, he also walked through the problem in Welsh! Fantastic! A huge thank you to Cade at the Three store in Carmarthen who has yet again gone above and beyond to help me. I had a complex and difficult issue related to me account which has taken a month to rectify. However on the three different times I have needed to visit the store he has dealt demonstrated empathy and the upmost professionalism. Thank you Cade for really exceptional cystomer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Dan was so helpful. He was very informative and listened to what I wanted, and although he advised that were other options available to me, he wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want or need. Was a pleasure to deal with Dan. Thank you 😊
