I'm really happy with the service. I love my tablet. Paul and Shannon have been really helpful. They set it up for me and have been giving me lessons on how to use it. I'm really happy

Renewing my contract again with three, great service all round again from the Castleford store, Paul was marvelous, so helpful and nothing was too much hassle, great knowledge of all the phones, great atmosphere in the shop. Highly recommend a visit.

Aya was so helpful
Aya was so helpful. She helped set up my wifes phone while I was having mine set up by another advisor. She didnt have to either. It just shows how helpful the staff are at the castleford branch. Thank you

To start with the staff were exceptionally customer friendly because they wanted to be not because they had to be and the customer was, in my case, immediately receptive.
Secondly they are very professional at their work and made everything clear and not difficult to understand.
And finally you actually feel part of the 3 Network when they have given what you require...Honesty and Friendliness.
All in all i was very impressed.
