Well after a long afternoon in your store today, Steve and Josh managed to şort out the issue and get me a refund after another store mis sold me a phone. Thank you for stores as when İ called your customer service team they were not helpfull at all.

I needed help with an app that I have to use for work. I went to Chatham and Nancy helped me. She showed me how to reset the login and help get back on the app. She was amazing and so helpful. Chatham always so helpful and nice people.

so pleased that I walked into Chatham…
so pleased that I walked into Chatham three store and was helped by Steve the assistant manager. My hotspot was not working and Steve managed to diagnose the issue and get me and my laptop up and running. He saved my life and I meet my deadline. I am so grateful.

As a student here
As a student here, i really needed the help and to sort out everything. I came to the store at Pentagon Shopping mall in Chatham and Mr. David here is so much helpful that he explained everything for me and helped with everything. Happy to stay as a customer for this person and the good student offers😊
