I phoned up needing advice about Insurance, David was great in guiding me to the right direction. When I got to the store, all 3 team members were just fantastic is supporting me with what I needed, also signed up and walked away with an Honor Tablet which I had been looking into buying a tablet for a couple months now and at a great price!!

Absolutely phenomenal and exceptional service from David and Scott staying behind after store closing to help myself and my partner resolve reception issues with our phones and upgrade our broadband and sort it out four children tablet issues thank you so much

My experience at the Dunfermline store was great today, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Scott was great at explaining the contract and making sure we understood everything.

The staff in the Dunfermline store are always helpful and friendly. I've used the store for many years and have always been happy with the service received.

I was in the weekend for my visit where I purchased 2 phone contracts. I interacted with Megan on both visits and I was made to feel welcome, the first weekend when I was at the shop I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to move from my current supplier so advised I would go back. After speaking with my current supplier I decided to go back to speak with Megan. I was made to feel welcome again and I interacted with David on this visit. Both Megan and David spent enough time with me to make sure I understood everything they had explained to me and knew exactly what was happening regarding my phones and their delivery.
I ran out of time so couldn't get my phone contents move over to my new phone but I'm ok to go back next weekend to get that all moved over.
