I visited the shop in Eastbourne and was served by Maria . As always the service was excellent , she really is a credit to Three . Very helpful and knowledgeable .

I had an outstanding experience at the Three Store thanks to Ben. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I needed to get a new SIM, and Ben made the whole process quick, easy, and completely stress-free.
He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured my new SIM was set up and working perfectly before I left. His knowledge and efficiency were impressive, but what really stood out was his positive attitude and genuine willingness to help.
It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service these days, and Ben truly went above and beyond. He’s a real credit to the Three Store team — thank you again for the fantastic service!
