Moving provider
Visited the store today as I was wanting to change myself and my 2 kids over from 02 and I was finding it difficult to do online all at once, Leah took no time at all in finding me the best deal and sorting out all the necessary details as I already had the PAC codes , all done swiftly despite me asking multiple questions etc , nice friendly atmosphere in store ,cheers 👍

Excellent service from all the team
Popped in to get another SIM for a family member. Fast, friendly service from the team as always. I always come away feeling that nothing is too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend the Falkirk 3 store

Excellent customer experience with Three
My experience with Three in helping to port several numbers from another network over to existing contracts I have with them has been an incredibly easy, straightforward and pleasant one.
I really cannot emphasise how friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional the team in the store were.
