The man in the shop helped me transfer…
The man in the shop helped me transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone that I brought from somewhere else. When ever I go into this shop they always help me.

Contract renewal
I rang the shop to say my contract was ending but was confused what to do, they said no problem come to the shop and we will sort it out. Nothing was too much trouble, I'm 82 and I must say I was so thankful for the friendly service

I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro Max and Jonathan was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. I would highly recommend asking for his assistance if you’re visiting the Fareham branch

I had an amazing experience from start…
I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Jonathan in fareham. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was handled professionally, communication was spot-on, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but these guys nailed it. I’m extremely impressed and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.
