I had a really positive experience with the sales advisors Sylwia who helped me today. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly and approachable, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
She explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood my options rather than making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how naturally she built a rapport with me. We had a great conversation, plenty of banter and she was genuinely enjoyable to deal with, while still remaining professional and knowledgeable.
She listened to what I needed, answered my questions well and made the whole experience feel personal rather than like a typical sales interaction. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident with my decision.
In my opinion, she represents exactly what great customer service should look like at Three customer-focused, personable, knowledgeable, proactive and able to build genuine relationships with customers. She also has the communication skills, confidence and positive attitude that I think would make her a great asset to the team and someone with real potential to progress within the company.
A real credit to Three and a great example of how a customer experience should be handled. She deserves recognition for the way she represents the brand.

Sylwia is a legend
Sylwia is a legend! I had returned from Indonesia where I'd been using an international esim to find that my UK 3 SIM was unable to reconnect to anything. I'd tried all the tips I found online and had spent hours trying to talk to 3 on live chat, who told me 3 wouldn't be interested in trying to fix it as my SIM worked in other phones. Even though Sylwia realised my SIM worked in her phone she persisted and got my SIM working in my phone again 🎉 turns out it worked in another SIM slot for some reason. She even got me a new SIM and swapped my number over in case that was an issue. Thanks so much!

Sylwiz was so polite upgrading my home broadband and mobile dongle and saving me money as I had had my old one a lot of years and was starting to play up this lady took the time and was very pleasant to deal with and a credit to this store. I never write reviews but felt I have to this time as you only hear bad ones most of the time so thank you Sylwiz. You were a darling for both myself and my neibours and saving us both money aswell each month and look forward to dealing with you again in the future
