Much needed phone update
My Granddaughter took me into 3 in Saint Stephen’s Hull earlier today to enquire about a new phone. Clare the young lady assistant couldn’t have been more helpful.
Pleasant, good advice, not pushy at all. It was all so easy I unexpectedly purchased my phone today. Clare transferred all my details from my old phone while we went for lunch and contacted us when it was ready. Excellent service l round. Thank you Clare

Sam was very helpful and thorough in sorting out all three of my contracts today, ensuring I wasn’t overpaying unnecessarily. He went through everything nice and clear and took the time to provide excellent customer service! Even when I was going backwards and forwards between phones.
