Shahed was excellent very very good customer service he even made me happy laugh after the lady at the head office gave a hard time to me to take a payment off me, you need more men like this in store... Voir plus

I returned my home broadband and I was still billed over £200. I have the tracking and have been going back and fourth to the store and with customer service who have blocked my personal number also.... Voir plus

I showed up rather stressed, on a sweltering day, with awkward luggage, having just returned from a long work trip during which my phone had disappeared, and having to leave again the following morning. Shahed was very calm and understanding, sorted everything out for me sharpish without any issues, new SIM, and significantly better contract, after my actual requirements became clear. Faultless, quick, easy experience.

I came in twice looking for an upgrade for my phone seeing that my contract was about to expire. Everyone was so kind, patient and warm. I personally want to thank Shahed who helped me with purchasing the new phone and contract. Tuhin who helped me understand what deals are applicable to me and Almina. Thank you for your help! :)

Tuhin was extremely helpful and friendly helping me convert my Sim to an estimated and sign up on a contract. He was also very friendly during the process and explained everything to me.
