My contract with three came up and i visited my local store in Leamington Spa. Bea was so helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. We managed to renew my contract within 5 minutes.

Aiden was truly exceptional—he went…
Aiden was truly exceptional—he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I initially signed up for 4G home broadband, and he generously upgraded me to 5G at no extra cost. He also took the initiative to review my phone contract, noticed it had expired, and offered me a fantastic new deal.
What impressed me most is I casually mentioned that my phone screen had stopped rotating, and without hesitation, he investigated the issue and fixed it on the spot.
His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the whole experience seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, Aiden—top-tier customer service!
