I had a very positive experience in the 3 store Trinity Centre. Nick was very professional, with interpersonal skills which made me feel welcome and comfortable. Being able to sit discuss my contract renewal face to face with someone who listened to, heard and met my contract needs for the next 24 months. Together we looked at advantages of each of the plans for example worldwide roaming and decided on the most appropriate plan for me.
Thank you Nick you are a credit to the company.

Great, efficient, and friendly service
Went in after my phone broke while at work. Faz took care of me, sorted me out the phone I wanted, and organised everything to help it be as cheap and easy for me as possible. Friendly, helpful, and honest service and I left with exactly what I wanted quickly and at no great cost. Couldn't ask for more.

Dan in Trinity Leeds was great, helpful and knowledgeable. Swapped our broadband and phones smoothly at a good saving.
