I would recommend three network as they are so understanding and caring and they go beyond. I really enjoyed my time upgrading really fast and simple. I would recommend 3 to anyone.

Third party subscription scam! Stop it! I have 6 contacts with three last year out of no where third party subscription happened to one of my line i found out after 6 months three gave me that company number to ask for money back they didn’t and it’s happened again to another line I find out after 2 month they charged me over 400 quid and I don’t know what subscription is it?!!!!! It’s scam
My question is that why three working for scam company are you having share with them? I got zero cap on all line i don’t want any third party bullshit anymore I told customer service seem they don’t want to listen I want my money back I had all this 6 lines with EE network and this scam never happened with them ever guys you sort it out for me okay if not I go back to EE simple is that you guys treat your customers not very well at all

Very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Three, branch in Trafford Centre Manchester.
I was advised by Sahil to contact him for support to resolve my issue. I followed his advice and reached out to him. But yesterday, despite of numerous attempts to contact him, yet I have still not received any response. The lack of communication and follow-through has been very frustrating. And he knows the urgency of this matter.
It’s disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially after being directed to seek help. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope the company improves its communication and support process moving forward.
