Went in looking a tablet for my daughter,a lovely girl called Niamh approached and I explained what I was looking for as I'm not tech savvy,she went through everything with me, explained it clearly in a way I understood and was very knowledgeable,the staff are a credit to 3,you want to hold on to that girl she's an asset to any company,all in all an extremely enjoyable experience

I upgraded over the phone but was having issues swapping over to my new phone. Elizabeth was the one who helped me and she was great and didn't charge me anything.

Had my phone stolen at the weekend and the fella in the store helped block my phone and get a new SIM with my same number sorted at the same time, very pleased

Went into store after getting my phone stolen, and the advisor was great, getting my previous phone blacklisted, and replacing my sim very quickly, great customer service and helped to reassure me that the thief would not be able to access my phone
