Excellent customer service
I recently visited the 3 Network store and had an outstanding experience. Egle was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service!

Jake was amazing
Jake was amazing, he was patient and talked to me about my alternatives and what was best for my plan and budget. I can be a handful and he didn’t make me feel like I was stupid or that I was talking too much, really great guy and a great salesman too!! Thank you so much

Today I received exceptional service…
Today I received exceptional service from the Peterborough store, and I couldn’t be happier.
After another company messed me around for 6 weeks with connecting broadband in my home I gave up, went to Three and wow they sorted me out on the spot , answered all questions I had, left with the hub plugged it in and now the internet is on.i just wish I’d gone to Three first, plus the monthly cost is cheaper than the other company :) just amazing service.
