Henry served us and was very helpful through the process of the contract. Even when we do not understand a particular upgrading system. Very reliable, approachable and knowledgeable about his job.

Dave was a great help. Really knowledgeable and explained options clearly. Very friendly and at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything.

Home WiFi upgrade
We went into the Salisbury store to arrange an upgrade to home WiFi as our device was about to stop working due to age. The young man was helpful and solved the issue. We left shortly after with a new device.

Excellent customer service from Dave in Three Salisbury branch.
Dave read out all of my contractual options and handset options to which met my lifestyle best whilst trying to find the best deals to match my budget also. His product knowledge was second to none but what stood out most was the impeccable customer service.
Working in the customer service industry you realise how little care there is out there, but Dave was fantastic - everything felt personal and like you’re buying from a friend.
I have been with Three a long time, but the service is always what brings me back in.
Thanks for all of your assistance both helping me find my new handset and contract but also restoring my faith that customer service is still out there. 🤌🏼
