The staff at 3 were amazingly helpful! I came in to ask a quick question and left with a cheaper and easier SIM card for my business. They reassured me that it would give me what I need and they even checked my other account to see if there were any issues.

After receiving my new phone and a sim which was pay as you go which I’ve subsequently found I don’t need! I went into the three store in Shrewsbury where the team were very helpful and sorted me out thankyou team shrewsbury

The lads in shrewsbury were ace
The lads in shrewsbury were ace, they sorted me a new phone after my old one gave up on me. Chris Kev and Jak sorted out transferring all my stuff across too which i was worried about but it was no bother for them at all. Really excellent service!

Lucy fixed my phone, brilliant
Following a recent upgrade to a new phone on line, my old sim decided it did not want to work in my new phone. I had tried telephone support with no luck, so I popped in to the shop and saw the wonderful Lucy who installed an eSIM and in no time at all had me back up and running! Fabulous service and next time I’ll go straight to the shop!
