Unfortunately, after approx 25 years of being with 3 I feel let down.
I cannot fault the lady that helped me in store, however I wanted a new handset, I was quoted £170 on the Thursday, called back the day after to sort, and the phone had risen to £230 !!...I felt that was a slap in the face for my loyalty, I attempted to complain to 3 themselves, on the on line complaints form, several times , and not had any resolution at all.
I've got the phone I wanted now for £129 off amazon, exactly the same one I was asked to pay £230 for in store !!!!
After using and trusting 3 for over 20 years, I'll be leaving as soon as I possibly can, I don't know what's changed there, but it's certainly not for the better

i have just been to 3 mopile today and had new phone i phone 17 pro max and the costumer service was very high standard and friendly and made me a really good deal which was cheaper than other companies and iam so happy they were friendly with my kids as will and smiling i would like to thank ceri for being a such good costumer service thank you so much again

Having experienced dreadful customer service with Vodafone who would not allow me to use the landlines to contact customer service despite knowing I didn't have a phone. I just can't express how poor the service was. How different the service was at the 3vstore. Your staff are fabulous, so helpful and considerate i changed over straight aware. A massive THANK YOU to Hayley, all I can say 3 are so lucky to have her. And yes they let me use the phone to contact Vodafone Customer Service. I hope when the merger happens the staff are given positions in the Vodafone store and have deserved positions 11 out of 10 to them all
