Ryan was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable
Sorted out a contract cancellation I no longer needed and then informed me of offer on my mobile phone for new sim deal.

My contract SIM only was up. I had quotes from other providers and wanted to see what deal I could get to stay with 3.
