Was trying to move from Vodafone to Three. Initially they didnt take into account my PAC number so I could keep my old number. Spent a few hours online to sort it out with no luck. Went to westfield and talk to Samola. She sorted it out in less than 5 minutes.

I was crying for the last 3 days as i was speakinh to three and samsung customer service and samsung head ofice told me to go to samsung store in westfield stratford. I went there and advisor at samsung disrespect me and didnt help and they told me go to three store and get purchase of letter and go back after 2 days. Samsung advisor refuse to help but i came to three store and was served by khairul whos the customer advisor at three and he helped me big time as i was crying to access my phone and he helped me access by reseting everything. Best customer service i recieved. Highly recommended. I informed the lady mangaer about service provided by khairul
