New phone
Came into the three store to renew my contract as my phone is very old. Spoke to the assistant manager kris who has helped me before in the past and sorted me out a great deal. He also transferred all my data over to my new phone. Great service and im very happy.

From the moment I stepped into the store I knew I was going to be in safe hands - clear answers to all my questions, excellent product knowledge, no pressure selling, just good sound advice from friendly, helpful staff.
I'd been having storage issues with my old phone, on a sim only contract. After resolving this for me instore enough to get me going again, I suggested that it might be time to get a new phone.
After a chat about what I needed, a couple of options were recommended - both of which suited my needs. I opted for a device and Airtime package. Everything was explained clearly and set up for me straight away.
Thank you 3Store Tamworth for super-efficient tech support and excellent customer service. I am delighted with my new phone!

I had an issue with suspected malware…
I had an issue with suspected malware on my phone so I called into the 3 shop in Tamworth for their advice. Kris was extremely helpful and sorted it issue for me and gave me useful advice and reassurance.

New contract.
Both Kris and Ash were extremely helpful while updating my new contract. They weren't pushy in trying to add extras or anything else. They were both polite and helpful. No complaints.
