Dan was amazing
Dan was amazing, he helped me identify some downloaded files on my phone (that I worried were suspicious) and they turned out to be WhatsAp backups.
He also helped me sort out my Brothers phone (who has had a stroke),as he was getting constant adverts. He identified 3 Aps which were causing the issue, which he deleted! He also helped configure my bothers phone (non 3 sim), so it would be easier to use / understand for him. Can't praise Dan enough, he was quick / efficient and extremely polite.
Would recommend him to anyone if they need help!
