The shop assistant (Mike) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help with my questions. He was an absolute credit to the company and a really nice guy.

Very good deal on phone and sim
Very good deal on phone and sim. Very good service for Kerry in store was very helpful and friendly. Explaned how the new phone works in detail. Also did all the transfer from the old phone to new.
Definitely recommend this store, very professional service.

My mum who’s 67 years of age was with EE for 15 years and was having issues with the services, her contract expired 4 years ago and EE was still charging her full contract bill of £47 for iPhone 12. We went to all phone shops to see what they can offer.
We went to 3 Store and we met Shane service was excellent, he went above and beyond, he took his time to ensure that my mum understood the deals and her contract, he made me and my mum feel comfortable and that’s what made us choose to go with the contract at 3 Store. I even got a sim only deal for myself.

Great phone holder fo r my car
I called into 3 store, Trinity Walk, wakefield on the off chance that they might have a suitable car 'phone holder'. Ive bought 3 others over the years and because the car window is at such an angle the phone literally hung, face down to the floor, as each of the arms crept down! The lad at
'three' had the patience of job, put the holder together and demonstrated it, I opted to buy and it is marvelous. The cradle sits into the centre well on the dashboard so the arm isnt going to droop and my days of trying to read the screen 'upside down' are history!
Last trip out i had to position the kids teddy to cuddle my phone. Not overly successfully i might add!
Thankyou so much for patience. Ive
seen Many holders online but most dont hold the phone when its fitted in a protective case.
This holder does it all brilliantly.
Im very happy 😊

1st class service and friendly staff
Joy was so helpful and friendly and gave a fantastic service. I didn't realise three mobile broadband had improved so much over the last few years. The knowledge of product by the staff is highly rated. The store was immaculate and relaxing and also dog friendly. Thank you so much. I am so happy with the mobile broadband service and can recommend 100%
