Fantastic experience of customer service in the Watford store. TJ helped me to fine a brilliant solution to the lack of WiFi in the holiday house we are renting for Christmas. He couldn’t have been more helpful and if there are any bonuses for being patient, kind and super helpful, he should defo get one for Christmas! Very happy customer, thank you!

Had issues with my SIM card when…
Had issues with my SIM card when transferring over to 3. Went in store and spoke to Rahiya who managed to sort it all out for me with no issues. Was very nice and patient and happy to help me with it all.

Kola is a credit to the business!
Kola was very informative and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him he was very patient and answered all our questions. We have had quite difficult experiences with three in the past but Kola has restored our faith in the business.
