Staff were incredibly helpful
Staff were incredibly helpful, explained every step to me and made sure I got the deal that was best for me in terms of affordability & benefits. Easiest transition to a new contract, couldn’t be happier! Ntiense was lovely and friendly too :)

Excellent customer service and patience…
Excellent customer service and patience of staff as I had connection problems with router, iafter more than 30 minutes of trying to fix router they cancelled my contract I had and gave me a new contract with a new router and set it up for me in store to make sure it worked.
