Went into store at Wellingborough to buy a new phone. Sunny was amazing made the whole experience stress free. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want and was just generally a really nice guy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just visited the Wellingborough Three…A Very Pleasant Experience
Just visited the Wellingborough Three branch to update mobile phone and broadband contracts.
The customer service representative that assisted us named Adrian was more than helpful. My wife and I, who are not that tech savvy, had so many questions on what would be our best options and best prices. Adrian didn't rush us and showed us everything that Three had available that suited our budget and needs specifically.
The customer service that we received with Adrian was everything that we could have asked for. We've been Three customers for quite a few years now, and with customer service and help like this I don't see us switching mobile phone providers for a long time.
Thanks again to Adrian for his patience and a pleasant experience.
