initially had a bad experience after…
initially had a bad experience after getting a phone accepted on a no-contract deal on the 4th of March, but the phone was never delivered. I had to go back to the store to sort it out, which I wasn’t expecting.
However, Ana was absolutely amazing. She spent over an hour helping me resolve the delivery issue, and I really appreciate the time and effort she put in. She went above and beyond, especially considering she wasn’t the person who originally served me.
Thanks to her help, the situation was sorted, and I’m very grateful for her support.
