extremly rubbish people and service i bought tickets from them infeb 2020 and could not come back due to covid lockdown so i bought another AIRINDIA ticket to back to uk but still my refund not received and they said to send email but no one is replying for them and whenever i contact customer service they said still your money ias not received i wanted to book another 5 tickets but not from this rubbish peoples.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any specific feedback as you have not provided a name, email ID or any booking reference for us to be able to do so. However, we can provide the following general comments:
- If you have sent us emails about a refund, we will get back to you - if you have not already done so, please forward this to our refunds team at refund@ticketstoworld.co.uk
- If your refund for a booking dating back to 2020 had been received, we would have refunded you by now
- You have said that you have contacted customer service but have not provided any details of who you spoke to - our customer care team respond to all emails within 72 hours of receipt
As mentioned, if you can forward your request to refund@ticketstoworld.co.uk or cc@ticketstoworld.co.uk, we will gladly look into this for you and respond accordingly. Alternatively, we have also requested further information from you through Trustpilot.

Underrated and always great value
Booked many flights over the last few years with ticketstoworld. I’ve gotten used to the best prices and an easy booking process, and now for international flights, they are my go-to platform. The helpline seems to be open 24/7 and is always super useful with any queries— in particular, recently Mukul, Yuvraj, and Manju have been super helpful, amongst others over the years.

My booking was handled by Mukul. I had made a booking online but for some reason my payment didn't go through. Mukul contacted me proactively and although I was in Canada and considering the time difference ensured that the booking was completed successfully within the stipulated time.

Booked tickets for my parents on their partner site bimanair.co.uk and having initially read some poor reviews on here, I was worried, but there's no need. They provided me everything ahead of time, and it was a smooth booking process with the ability to pay a deposit to secure the booking and pay the final price one month before travel.

I have been using Tickets to World and Tickets to India for around 5 years. I have found their prices quite competitive especially online. I had to book my dad's flight Delhi to London, who has been stuck in India since the March 2020 lockdown. I had to book for him to come back with my sister. I received excellent service from Diljit.
