Cue viewings by appointment only, the best method is to please text to arrange an appointment 07934 498487. I don’t take my phone in the workshop when working on cues otherwise I’d get nothing done! :0)

Excellent quality cue. Very well packaged and a fantastic service. Communication from Darryl and Wendy was fantastic and consistent. I was given a free ferrule upgrade and a free Q-wiz. Really can't praise these guys enough. Thanks

My new Elite Moonstone cue is a wonderful piece of craftsmanship and looks stunning - I love it! This was supported by a level of customer service I've not experienced before. First rate company. Its just a shame the cue hasn't made me any better at the game!!

I ordered an ultron cue from the website on 23rd December as I wanted the cue for the 7th January. I realise with Xmas and covid that this was a tight deadline. I received no communication as all. I emailed to check if it had been sent. No reply. Eventually the cue turned up after I had cancelled the order on the 4th. My wife signed for it. It's quite clear the owner doesn't check his email or ordering system at all.
The cue was brilliantly packaged with a pretty inventive way of protecting the cue.
The cue itself is certainly very well made, great looking ash shaft which is totally straight great feathers and weight was spot on. The cue is polished very well and the butt ebony looks very good. Splices all within a couple of mm in length. I'm very surprised at how good the cue is for £ 150 Inc delivery. I've compared it to a couple of other cues I have and it's on par with one costing 3x as much.
I just hope he sorts out his website/emailing systems to the same level as his cue building skills

Daryl seemed a nice enough fella but I found a fault with the cue which he said he would put right and he didn't, also other products I purchased in good faith never materialised.... don't bother.

One Piece Dexter Maple Cue which I got Customised
Bought a one piece Maple Cue Dexter model and delivery was very quick and professionally packaged. Then needed cue shortened and a few other alterations so sent it away and it came back to perfection. Darryl is a master craftsman at his trade and the standard of cue you get is a lot higher than the monetary price that is charged. This is my first time dealing with Darryl and Tiger Cues and I would say the quality and balance of the cues are first class. I would very much recommend Tiger Cues for their service and taking care of their customers....5 Star Service many thanks
