Tileedgg Avis 

I ordered a set of 4 Secure Fit Sheet Holders for $14.99. Tileedgg sent me a code for free shipping and I applied it to my order. When I got my credit card statement, Tileedgg charged me for shipping even though I applied the free shipping code when I ordered. The Secure Fit Sheet Holders were nothing like what was pictured online. They were one fourth the size, toylike. Two broke within the first week. This company is a scam out of China.

I thought that the light was going to be stronger.

The item has a rough finish, but is functional. Shipping was slow, but it was a foreign purchase

The item ad looks very different from the one I got. The one on the ad looked like a finished item with no sharp edges.
Well, that goes to show you, you get what you paid for.

I thought these lights were universal and fit all batteries, they do not fit AEG batteries.

Item doesn’t work in all batteries and I have ask for a full refund 3 times and you ignore my request.

The construction quality is poor.
My phone does not fit into it.
It stuck to the dash of my car once and when I tried to move it the sticky stayed stuck the dash..

I purchased from this company over two months ago and still haven't received a damned thing!!!! No package and no refund. This company is a total scam!!! I'm so angry!!! I work hard for my money only to be scammed by thieves!!! I'm so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seemed to indicate that they were shipping multiple tools but only shipped one. Misleading advertising. Also took more money than what was on the invoice. Will be filing a dispute with the credit card company as they only offered minimal compensation.

Took out more money than the bill total! Trying to reach them and has no customer service number. Sad they take advantage of people for their own gain! God Sees Everything!!

Paid expedited delivery charge. It’s been 3 months and still no package. What a freaking joke. And….they will not refund my money.

I made two orders, both on March 13, 2025. As of May 6, still not received. Tracking code references say UPS, FedEx, and USPS. No response from the company. Paid via my PayPal account, and have received little information other than to be patient as it’s in shipment.

Ordered 3/19 and just got today 4/24. The neglect to tell u it’s coming from China and will take forever. It says u r getting a “roll” and it is not 10 feet long. DONT ORDER, they are going to lie and send you nothing like what u ordered!!

Total scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered their anti emf stickers in an promotion offer buy 3, get 2 x-tra for free. They never send me the 2 x-tra and argued that I only ordered 3.... A few days later, I was surcharged another amount Then they offered to refund me 5 or 8 $, but I just wanted the x-tra 2. That was impossible, I was told. I was refunded the surcharge, but never got my full order.
I'M NOT HAPPY

If you order from this website they will take your money, send you fake products and refuse to refund you. Even if you follow their refund policy guidelines they won’t give your money back. They are thieves.
