Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I'd heard such good things, so it was even more of a let down. Luckily the product was fine, but every other touchpoint was terrible.
Had to chase and chase just to get any answers - sometimes having to wait overnight for answers.
Also, one of my pet hates, after paying in full and worked to the turnaround times provided on their website, I was surprised to be told that another payment was required to meet my deadline, after I told them when I needed it. While I appreciate that rush fees can apply, the timing of this request felt suspicious given its proximity to my event after I'd told them the date.
Will just stick with my normal printers in future.

Our customer service team operates during business hours, so messages received after 5pm may not receive a response until the following working day. However, we appreciate that waiting for updates can be frustrating, particularly when you’re working towards an important event deadline, and we’re sorry for any concern this caused.
Our estimated print times can vary, particularly during busier periods such as this one, when demand is higher than usual. As your deadline required a faster turnaround than our standard service could accommodate at that time, an express fee was necessary to meet your requested date. We understand that this may have come as a disappointment, especially when you had planned around the estimated times on our website, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly enough from the outset.

Nightmare!
Honestly could not recommend dealing with Tiny Box Company. I ordered 10x white boxes and were sent dirty, damaged stock with padded inserts cut too small to fill the bases of the boxes. Customer services have replaced but unfortunately the replacements are even worse! I’m finding Tiny Box Company very difficult to deal with, I’ve requested a full refund and have said I’ll return the boxes at their expense, but they have made the unusual decision to insist I wait in for their courier to come and collect them which is totally inconvenient. I have twice requested pre-paid returns labels instead with my requests ignored. Such a negative experience! Other businesses would issue a label upon first time of asking to make returns for faulty goods as easy as possible for a disappointed customer.

It's understandable that a courier collection may not be the most convenient option for everyone. We initially suggested this, as it is often the simplest way for our customers to arrange the return of faulty goods. However, we appreciate that a parcel shop drop-off was your preferred option, and our team subsequently arranged a prepaid returns label so you could return the boxes at your convenience and receive your full refund once they arrive back with us.
At Tiny Box we take feedback like yours very seriously, as quality control and customer service are both very important to us. I can see the team responded to your concerns as promptly as possible. We’re sorry that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to maintain, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Great tie boxes.
I ordered two boxes which are very suitable for posting ties as gifts. I ordered one white box and one black box and the package arrived very quickly and the workmanship was excellent. I recommend this product most highly.

Great quality just a little niggle!
The boxes are made well and look lovely, my only issue is the different sized boxes are not the same colour, which I know isn’t a big thing but it is annoying! I like to use packaging which is uniform in colour for my jewellery, but decided to try Tiny Box Company as I wanted to move to more sustainable packaging. I have contacted company with my concerns and they were very responsive saying it is because of using recycled materials, which is understandable. I will see how I get on with this order and how annoying it is as to whether I order again, but I will keep this order as I’m really happy with quality!
