Excellent customer service
I made a mistake on an order and emailed to ask if I could change it. Excellent customer service from Vivi who responded immediately, changed my order and refunded the difference in price. Thank you🤗

Excellent customer service, Vivi responded to my query promptly and courteously. Beautiful products, recommended by a school SEND specialist. I'll be using the rollerballs with children to help calm sensory overload, and expect these to benefit me and my friends too.

I ordered 2 items in the bank holiday sale & only 1 item was delivered but Customer service very prompt & courteous when I phoned them & the missing item was delivered next day. Tisserand are the best for Aromatherapy products that you can trust & at a reasonable price.

Website is broken and unusable
Website is broken and unusable. When I try to sort by scent, the page is greyed out with a blue spinning wheel. I tried on two different browsers, same problem. Can't even find out what products they sell.

Great customer service
I recently was asked to complete a survey for this company, as a result I was eligible for a free gift of a choice of products. When I tried to claim it with the code sent it wasn’t taking the cost off, so not free. I emailed to explain and ask what to do. Fantastic customer service - I received an email back almost immediately and they are sending it to me. No quibbles and lovely comms.

Perseverance Pays
I have used Tisserand products for many years so I was happy to take a Survey about there products and the different effects that Aromatherapy can have people's problems both mental and physical.
I was offered a gift as a reward for the survey so that was fine. Not being very computer Literate at the age of 89 I had problems putting my gift into the bag and receiving it. 2 ladies helped me out Emma and Sophie. They both made sure that I received my lovely gift

Tisserand are the brand I mainly purchase in essential oils. Although, the price increases over the last few year's is becoming hard to justify purchases. Bottle size also looks to have reduced. Do not see any 30ml availability now.
For this I would give the company a 3-4 ⭐️
With regards to my recent purchase. My order arrived with the packaging looking a little quashed. Sadly one oil had been weeping in transit. I notified customer services, exchanged details and images for verification. Once verified a replacement was received within a couple of day's.
Excellent customer service from Sophie P whom dealt with my concerns efficiently and professionally.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Brought the oil diffuser. What a waste of £42. Ruined my wood table. Oil leaks out and sprays everywhere. The wording Tisserand rubbed off and stained tea towel. I have had it for one day. I will not recommended this plastic cheap tat. Should be sold in the pound shop.

Outstanding service
Made an order over Christmas period but due to an error it was never dispatched however after contacting I received order with complimentary item, customer service rep Jackie was very helpful in resolving the case.

First Class service
My recent order of oils contained a damaged bottle - I contacted the company immediately and they sent out a replacement. First class service as always!
Excellent service very helpful
Slow delivery and error in order.
There was a delay in sending out items - frustrating but they did let me know.
The rating is because one item was incorrect, I emailed immediately, but 4 days later haven't even received a holding response.
EDITED: After a follow up email the mistake is being rectified.
Really long delivery time
Really long delivery time, no communication as in answering emails asking where delivery is.

Efficient and fantastic products
Beautifully packaged. Slight delay with delivery but kept fully informed throughout. Products are amazing. Will be purchasing again for sure.
Great Company
I ordered the wrong oils online from Amazon but when I requested to return them I got a negative response. I contacted Tisserand directly and they have been amazing, they sent me replacements immediately and kept me informed along the way.
