Tiveario Avis 

$319.60 order on May 23, 2025 was never received, despite receiving a confirmation email and order number. Deliberately confusing shipping updates were sent, designed for stalling. Then...total radio silence.

I originally planned to "let it go." But, I've since decided to add my complaint to the chorus. This company's operations is methodical. Fraud is the actual business model.

SHAME ON PAYPAL AND OTHER PAYMENT PLATFORMS FOR NOT CLAWING BACK THE MONEY. Financial platforms and institutions used by this company do have the ability to identify the principals on the accounts and initiate cases for fraud. They simply choose not to, because it is easier to just ignore the customers.

Tiveario Home is a SCAM business. NEVER buy anything from them - you will NEVER receive what you purchased and they never return email follow ups. Nor will you ever see your money back.

Fraud. Charged me and never shipped product. They don’t return emails because both Tiveario Home and their sister company operating as Casa Solara are frauds. Stay away.

I purchased an HD Galaxy Projector. Paid $75 USD to this site. They sent me a bag of plant leaves. I opened a case with PayPal. I showed them the bag I received, showed them the tracking evidence from Australia Post. PayPal initially closed my case. I had to reopen and declare I had not received what I paid for. The case is still outstanding. If you ever buy anything from Tiveario, make sure to photograph any suspicious packages you get from them, including the wrapping as evidence of their fraud when you fight to get your money back.
Do NOT BUY FROM this website.
And do NOT trust PayPal to side with you. They will side with the seller unless you have ALL the evidence.

Paid $183aud for a projector haven't seen or heard from them. These people are scum. I saw their ad on youtube shorts so now i've learned a hard lesson i don't buy on youtube shorts.

Is there no one who can shut this place down? It says they are Dutch. This is not the kind of thing the Netherlands goes for.

Anyway, it is a total, total scam.

I lost $80 to these people while Customer Service strung me along for a month with promises to help if the delivery doesn’t occur soon. A month after I was billed for the projector and on the day of their self-imposed deadline for delivery they ghosted me, never responding to another email again. If I could give them less than one star I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS RETAILER if you are considering a purchase for a birthday or Christmas.

Total scam. 90 days since I made a purchase of their space projector light and initially they got back to me via a hotmail email address stating that shipping is delayed and international postage can take many more weeks than expected. The second time I contacted them, I asked for a refund. Radio silence. No reply. No further communication. No product. I later discovered their address is fake. TOTAL SCAM.

Scammers! No lamp, no refund and no communication... Avoid them!!!

Should receive no stars!!! This shop must be a scam. I have enquired multiple times about the delivery of a purchase and they assured me it is on its way. a month later, I have asked for a refund but they have not replied since. To date, no replies. They have stollen a father's gift for his son's birthday.

I ordered and paid for 2 ambiance lamps and received only one. I contacted them multiple times on their official website and every time my email would come back as being declined. Worst company I've dealt with so far. To top it all, they are overpriced.

Don't order from here. Everything is double priced. Do your pricing research before you order. I tried canceling my order the same day and then they messaged me 3 days later telling me they couldn't it already shipped. 2 weeks later I still don't have my order that I tried canceling on day one and they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't track. All it says is shipped.

I purchased the 2 Tiveario Home - Outlet Led Lamp on June 1, 2025. It has been 18 days and I have not heard from them. The purchase is paid for, but there is no information available on when the delivery will be made.

Wat is er niet mis gegaan.
Geen bevestiging die wel beloofd wordt. Betaald en dan heb je een betaalbewijs.
Geen contact mogelijk. Mails werden niet beantwoord. Nu zegt de computer e-mailadres bestaat niet. Ik heb nooit iets ontvangen. Hun beweren op 25 april het pakket afgeleverd te hebben. Ik heb het op 13 mei besteld.
PURE OPLICHTING. DOE ALLEMAAL AANGIFTE.
Hun zorgen dat jij geen bewijs hebt van de bestelling alleen een betaalbewijs van de bank.

Hoe bewijs je iets als je enkel de bestel mail hebt..

Bestelling van twee lampjes werd niet geleverd.
Bedrijf leek me heel terwille te zijn, en zou nogmaals twee lampjes opsturen. Wederom niet geleverd, als ze al zijn verstuurd!!
Diverse keren verzocht om de betalingsverplichting bij Klarna te annuleren, maar ze werken nu opeens helemaal niet meer mee!
Ze beloven het te zullen oplossen, maar reageren niet meer op mijn e-mails.
Mijn advies: hier niets bestellen!!
Ik kan helaas niet nul sterren geven, want één ster is nog veel te veel.

Oplichters, mijn lampen na een maand nooit ontvangen en al mijn geld kwijt. Geen communicatie en link naar bestelling gaat naar een niet bestaande website... NIET KOPEN
