In April of 2023, I was bored one evening, flipping thru TT. I landed on TLBags. Within 5 minutes I was hooked, had my paper and pen, within a half hour I had a list of handbags I had fallen in love with. I can't remember my first Host, because all were wonderful. By the end of one shift, I had learned how to order, and Sweetheart, let me tell you this, I haven't forgotten how to order since! In a little under 14 months I have purchased over 250 handbags from every Host that TL has had. I've got to tell you, the live our ladies put on for us, and our young men that are so important in the running of things to keep the flow going smoothly, will have you laughing til you cry, or brought to a wondrous feeling in your heart when one fellow TLaddict is loving a handbag and payday is a day or two away.( First come, first serve, and the bags sell so fast, )and one of the other ladies in the live that evening will offer to pay for the bag, and then can be reimbursed when first lady gets paid. Whew! That's a round about. Cause you see, we were first just a group of shoppers. Then, as we kept coming back because of the quality of the bags, the fantastic customer service, and the fabulous entertainment the Hosts provided, we became friends, and then the more we bonded over beautiful handbags - it happened- we became a family.
I guess maybe I should wrap this up, so, in a nutshell. If you are looking for excellent quality handbags, a Live that has a knowledgeable group of Hosts, a spot on Customer Service, and a way to make new friends from all over the world, drop everything and come see us on TicTok! You won't regret it. Well, your hubby might. Mine has had to build me shelves to put all my lovely handbags on! I'm supposed to be in Bag Jail right now, but I've escaped, and managed 6 or 7 in the past week!

My absolute go to shop for beautiful bags! I order almost everyday and everyone at TL Bags is wonderful, helpful and fun! If there is ever an issue customer service responds right away and corrects it. The hosts are lovely and all the operators work super hard to get us the best bags! I love TL Bags!!

I used to buy a lot from TL and then there was a lot of drama and the host u used to watch left so I stopped. I have since started watching a new host Yazzy and she is very nice and helpful. She adheres to the rules, doesn't play favorites and takes the time to show you the bags in detail. The bags are usually good quality and customer service is very helpful if there is anything that goes wrong. Shipping is also not bad, usually 2 weeks.

I love these people....they are so nice and Friendly and make u feel welcome. The customer service representatives are nice and always take care of me if there is a problem. They also get back to me in no time for the resolution. I'm not good with words, but I can't shop handbags anywhere else. I've tried and it's just not the same. Plus I feel the prices are decent... Canada shipping is a little high, I live in U.S.A. so it's not that bad...I love the brands of handbags they get also, so different and beautiful real leather, sometimes it's not real, but the handbags are really made well....all I can say is I LOVE THEM...

Love watching the live.. it is entertaining. The quality of the bags are amazing, but if there's a problem with the bag the customer service replies back and helps with the problem ASAP.

There were a few issues with some of my orders, but the customer service team is responsive and always does their best to ensure the customer is happy. THANK YOU TL!

My experience with TLbag now known as Tlesbag is nothing but exceptional when it comes to customer service, product quality and shipping and delivery. I am taken cared of when I order their products, I am not rushed and they always answer my questions. They are greatly made bags but there are a few that did not work out for me so mainly it’s just about preference over quality. Customer service is prompt and resolves issues effectively. And when it comes to shipping and delivery, I always receive my packages in good condition. Overall, this company is A+++ for me in all these aspects.
