⚠️ Warning to Future Clients – Our Experience with TM Conveyancing Services ⚠️

We feel a responsibility to share our experience with TM Conveyancing Services and Tracey Francis, Principal Conveyancer, so that others can be better informed when making such an important decision.

What should have been a smooth and professional settlement turned into a costly and stressful ordeal due to blatant incompetence, poor communication, and unprofessional behaviour.

Despite previous “awards” cited by Tracey, our experience revealed these to be nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Awards mean little when clients are met with rudeness, yelling over the phone, and a complete lack of accountability.

Due to errors made during the settlement process, we were left with unexpected and unnecessary financial outlays, all of which could have been avoided with proper due diligence and attention to detail.

We caution anyone considering this service: be careful, ask questions, and look deeper than a plaque on the wall.

This review is not written out of malice but out of genuine concern for others who, like us, placed trust where it wasn’t deserved.
