Could have given it a zero if it was possible.

I wanted to send some flowers, edibles and a card to a some loved ones on an urgent basis (yes, sometimes some things are unforeseeable and you are caught up in an emergency situation). Anyway, I have used their service before and gifting emergency that experience was smooth. This time around however, when I just messaged them for a followup, the conversation went something like this:

Me- I'm following up for my order #xyz under gifting emergency.

Tohfay- Your address is out of service area.

Me- How is that possible? It's in the middle of Karachi and I've sent here before.

Tohfay- Your products should be ordered in advance.

Me- Why? I chose from the 'gifting emergency' menu. All products were shown available ASAP.

Tohfay- Sorry, we just can't. Your address is very far from where we operate from.

Me- *flabbergasted* what is this? Why did you guarantee it and charged me extra for it.

Tohfay- Sorry. We just can't today. It's very busy. You have used it before. You know we usually don't do that.

Me- Then why didn't you say so in the first place? And refund my extra charges for urgent delivery.

Tohfay- we would've done that without asking.

Me- Thank you very much. Try to deliver in the next few hours and sorry to use your service.

I sent a bouquet of flowers to someone in Karachi and they were not fresh at all. I complained to the company who quickly rectified the situation and sent another bouquet within the hour! I am a very satisfied customer and will certainly recommend using Tohfay.

Ordered first time online from UK for delivery in Rawalpindi, so was a little worried but I had no need to be as Tohfay are genuine and excellent service received and on time. Cake looks lovely and chocolates were beautifully wrapped with lovely card. They even called recipient with updates and then called again to confirm receipt of delivery. Such great customer service.
I would definitely recommend to use Tohfay.com and I will definitely be ordering again very soon. Thank you Tohfay!!

I paid over ten grand for Father’s Day gifts and was told they would be delivered between 10am and 7pm and nothing was delivered and the WhatsApp number that was given for correspondence was switched off. Totally unreliable and disappointing experience. Never trust them again!!!

Unfortunately very disappointed with the services. The flowers were almost dead (where it was good season for flowers), large insects were discovered in flowers (tried to insert the picture but not enough space). Instead of black gulab jamins (as advertised), the product was standard / ordinary one and of low quality from a local store. The 4 lbs cake was ordered, instead got two cake of same kind and were not fresh. The teddy bear was a joke. The receiving end made fun of the expensive gift !!!
Beware, please don't use the service, it is just money making scam, no effort or due diligence noted in the in the purchase or delivery process (considering long distance relatives are sending rather expansive gifts to their families).

This is a very hit and miss company that does not care about excellent customer service. I recently ordered a rose bouquet and a cake. Upon delivery the roses were wilted and of poor quality. This was rejected at the other end. The delivery person then went and bought a bouquet from a street vendor and presented that. That was slightly better but not to the quality you expect and for the money that was paid for from abroad. The delivery person was also very unprofessional. The cake that was ordered was from the Gourmet bakery. I wrote to Tohfay.com to complain about the poor quality of the flowers but they did not bother to respond. It’s obvious that they not care about customer service or to provide a high quality service. My advise is do not take the risk and try someone else for your gifting needs. I will not be using them again.

So I looked up the reviews for Tohfay.com and I was so scared to even try it but then we ordered a cake for my dad’s birthday and guess what! The order was exactly as described and they dropped it at their doorstep and right on time. I’m so happy that their is a website where people living abroad can actually send cakes and gifts to their family. Thank you so much. I’ll be using it again in future.

I sent a present to Pakistan, excellent service and customer service. Definitely recommended

Fraudulent company
I’ve ordered a present while being outside country paid 8 times more to a product just because the person was special but nothing was delivered. It’s fraud they took my money none of their number works nor emails.
They should be reported to police

Tohfay.com delivers something for sure. But they dont deliver what you pay for . In my last trancsaction they did not even deliver one of the items I had paid for. Further they cannot follow any sspecial instructions for delivery . I called them to instruct . But none of the directives were followed. Unfortunately, I could not find another such service to try and see if they know what professionalism is about.

I wish there was an option for zero star or no star. Horrible service and no follow up at all.I understand some time things happen and there are problems delivering a package but to keep ignoring issue and keep lying about it is unforgivable. This is not a good business practice. No I learned my lesson first time and will never use their services again.

Bad Experience this year on mother day very bad service

Really bad service. flowers delivered were nothing like what was displayed on their website. I paid $26 for 5 wilted roses and dried out flowers and bunches of random leaves to add volume. Such a waste of money. They're theives...

Trust what everyone else is telling you. Horrible service. Delivered rotten flowers, told me that they will resolve the issue and then stopped replying

They did deliver the flowers on time but the roses were all rotten and really old. I was so embarrassed after my family has shown me the picture of ugly dead roses. Waste of money and emotional expression.

Unbelievably bad experience!! I used their service and wanted to surprise my mom sent her samosas and nimko through their site! No confirmation email was sent no communication! My mom review a call and apparently they told her “ woh samosay order kiye thay apke liye magar samosa kahan mil Nahi rahay tu hum kissi aur din Laa dain gay “
So much for the surprise My mom called me and asked me what is this about and ofcourse I was furious I messaged them and called asking what is going on and despite being online online in watsapp I recieved no response at all... I am shocked why are they offering a service that they have no means to Carry out !!!! Hate it they ruined my moms birthday surprise !!!!

Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I purchased a baby play mat and other gifts $110USD to be sent to my in laws in karachi. Something completely different was sent to the house. I complained so they went back to my in laws house and TOOK THE ITEM BACK without telling me. How embarrassing to take back a gift. They did not send a replacement or give me a refund. I had to use daraz.pk to buy the correct item for only $12USD, literally a fraction of the cost. Now I am fighting them through PayPal to get my money back. I wish I read all these negative reviews before I wasted 3 months of my life.

Great service i used them last time in 2013 and now i used them again excellent service right on time. As i selected the time same time the deliver. Everything was excellent service and product and customer service 👏 👌 👍 🙌 😀

I wish I could give them less than one star even -5 for ruining my moms birthday surprise. Save yourself money and lots of disappointment. Very poor customer service as well. No body bother to pick up the call and answer.

Amazing and prompt service, I sent flowers and cake for my mom on her birthday, they delivered beautiful bouquet of 2 dozen roses and fresh cake on time. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be using them again.
