I would never choose to use this courier company. Unfortunately, Amazon have recently started shipping with them and I've had nothing but problems ever since. No up to date tracking, drivers and depot... Voir plus

Had a parcel awaiting collection at Toll pickup point. Tracking updated to collected, and my item was gone.

absolutely atrocious

I am absolutely appalled by the incompetency from this company. i had LIVE fish coming to me (Syd - Melb) and anyone with common sense would know this is very high priority! Not only were the poor fish on board for delivery for 8 HOURS (going from somewhere that’s a 5 min drive maximum), they were then left in the sun even tho there were specific directions not to do so. 2 out of 3 fish unfortunately passed away, and i’m assuming it’s because they were left in the sun, as most people would know the aussie sun is very strong and not only this but the front door of my house is dark blue there for making it even hotter for the fish who were put up against it!! these fish were NOT cheap at all and they’re hard to find in australia hence why i’m so upset about this event. toll used to be good with this stuff, my fish i already had came fast and were not left in the sun but this event today has just gotten rid of any trust i had with this company. next time i will only be doing airport to airport delivery, never using toll for live fish again. and yes it’s much more difficult with the covid situation BUT you’d still think live fish would be one of the highest priorities. cannot even fathom how this happens given toll supposedly prioritises packages like these. beyond belief.

I'd give 0 stars if possible ive had a few Toll ipec problems the best was loosing a 3mtr fishing kayak few years ago .then 2021 november I purchased a lenovo tab on line through officeworks toll delivered it to a wrong address .after a total muck around they sent photo of delivery of front door.ha ha it wasn't my front door someone got a free $500 tablet office works refunded mmunication eventually with proof it wasn't delivered to my address .now I'm waiting again for ebay purchase from melbourne 5kg package still waiting 3weeks on .funny I purchased 5kg package from Sydney day later it arrived last week on time through australia post .truth is toll is to big worldwide and don't care if they loose customers or there items if you have a choose dont use toll/ipec there useless and I would not be saying that if I hadn't had so many problems with them over years

Hopeless

same as all the other reviews: status out for delivery, never delivered due to 'run out of time'. Lies! Back to the depot close to us, sat there for a week, nothing happened. When I start prodding, it was send back to BNE airport depot, 'waiting for next scheduled flight'. To where? We're in BNE! Six calls to customer 'service', somewhere on a far away country. Always the same lies: investigator will contact you, never has. 'We upgraded to status of the issue', never made any difference. After two weeks they still can't tell me when the consignment will be delivered or even if it is where the tracking app says it is. Agree with the other 1-star reviews: completely useless company, no wonder it is in so much trouble, it deserves to be taken out of the market.

Terrible

I had 3 packages delivered through Toll this holidays, none of them arrived on time. One didn't come at all and the other two I had to collect from their depot half an hour from my house. What's the point of a delivery company that doesn't deliver anything?

I am on a roll

I am on a roll. I have been giving this company 1 star anywhere I can :)

When I was checking out the delivery date I was given was 10th of January. Right after, I have recieved a confirmation email of my order. The date miraculously changed to 12th of January

It is 14th of January now. It has been 2 weeks and My item is not even in the state I live in now. The support line cannot be less interested. I believe it will take at least another 2 more weeks to get my item, assuming i am getting it at some point.

The interesting part is I have paid extra for a fast delivery. The slower option was The Australian post and their delivery date was 12th of January. I made a huge mistake picking this company. The reviews online would have let me know something is not right with the company. if i was to look up

I had to learn it the hard way. Hope all these reviews help others so you do not have to deal with this company like we did.

Forget it if you are regional - would give zero stars is I could

EVERY time someone tries to ship to us using Toll, it is a joke. The package never comes, we spend hours and hours trying to trace it [with them asking what it looks like - how do we know, we didn't send it!] , then they tell us we can drive 3+ hours to their depot to pick it up! They should just stick to CBDs and stop pretending they can deliver anywhere else

Worst company and they lied to…

Worst company and they lied to consumers and even one of said you will get tour parcels other employees said after jan disgusting service and frustrating next time I never will be use this service very disappointed

Worst courier service ever

Because of this horrible service I had to spend double money to buy Christmas presents for friends and family this time as toll group still haven't delivered my order which I should have received 2 weeks ago! their poor customer service agents said that they put urgent requests to deliver before Christmas day and it's all lies ! Such a disappointment and they don't seem to care about bad reviews at all as I can see a lot of people suffered with their delivery services yet nothing changed,on top the last time I spoke they said the depot is trying to locate my package, what does that even mean ? they lost it? things reached at depot on 2nd December and since then just sitting there but no updates on delivery..

Is it possible to give a zero rating?

A little boy is going to be very sad that Santa didn't bring the one item he most wanted. Shame on you Toll. Never again.

Ordered many weeks ago from JB Hi-Fi, with a predicted delivery date well before Xmas. JB dispatched weeks ago and it has spent the last few weeks shuffling between Toll's warehouses/depots (often returning to the warehouse it was originally sent from...!).

Have made numerous phone calls to "customer service". The same promise is made every time (we will "escalate" it), but always get the same outcome (no response). Repeated promises to "get back to me in the next few hours", but never get the call.

Perhaps the single most inept company I have ever dealt with.

Useless and generic excuses why things…

Useless and generic excuses why things don't get delivered, like "issue with the package". You ring up and they try and make it sound like it's your problem. Useless as tits on a bull. I refuse to use Toll from here, ill just order my stuff somewhere else.

Was told my order was delivered. Blatant lies, my partner was home and I have dogs who yap extremely loudly when someone so much as walks past. They've marked my order with the producer as delivered and signed for...i definitely didn't sign for it. Shein users, unfortunately I would say just don't order from Shein as they will most likely be delivered by Toll. Or should I say 'not delivered'.

Worst courier service

Been waiting over a month for a delivery and every time I call they say there’s basically nothing I can do but wait. Today they deliver half of the 2 part consignment with the other half still at the warehouse. Called them again to ask why and they say they don’t know and again there’s nothing I can do but wait. Worst courier ever. With 1.2 star reviews even on google, wonder how they keep going.

The worst courier Company in nz.
I have been waiting for my parcel for over 3 weeks now. Doesn't look like the parcel will be delivered in another 3 aswell. Never ever buying from companies that use toll. Absolute crap

A Little Advice

People some Sage Advice The Toll Call Centre is in a overseas country their visibility is the fast tracker app. They have no visibility into the Depot's and Collection Points. So cannot know where your parcel actually is. Don't bother wasting your time waiting. As Toll have no system to tell how old a parcel is and how long its been sitting in their Depot. Contact your Seller and get them to arrange another Courier to go to Toll and get your parcel Or arrange it yourself. If you really want your parcel. If you do nothing you will be waiting x weeks until they get around to finding and delivering your parcel.

Toll don't give a dog's doodle!

The driver gave my parcel to a random person they found on the street. Toll Head Office told me that since my parcel got delivered, I should be happy. Case closed. Pity I don't know the person they gave it to, or never signed for it, or received it.

My advice: Use anyone else, but Toll.

Most useless fkwits

Driver blatantly lie about delivery attempt when driver never knocked/rang the door or the bell. Doesn't even bother to leave a 'we missed you' card which proves driver never attempted the delivery. What's even worse is that toll doesn't bother to follow up on redelivery on same day despite that fact their driver clearly fked up. I hope to lord jesus christ that this company goes down and under.

This company is a joke, my parcel has been sitting in their depot since 1st of November! A warning to kiwis that ordered from SHEIN, they use Toll couriers that basically means your order will NEVER arrive !

Delays, attempted deliveries

Just read the reviews here - it's the same story for me: my parcel sitting in depot for 2 weeks after imaginary “attempted delivery” (I couldn't miss the delivery because I was working from home, intercom worked fine). Toll is the worst, I will never buy anything from businesses which use this ridiculous delivery service. I'm not even sure why businesses would use tolls service.. I would rather pay extra than wait months for my parcel

WHERE IS MY PARCEL??

I am only choosing 1 because there is no option to give 0. If Toll has your package - consider it gone/lost/donated to the greater good. My parcel was collected nearly 4 weeks ago and seems to be just sitting there. I have tried to call multiple times but get stuck on hold forever waiting to speak to someone. I have called 4 times and have held for 54minutes, 87minutes, 35minutes and 43minutes but have had to ring off each time before even speaking to someone as I can't stay on forever unfortunately as I have a job that I have to do. Maybe I need to take annual leave to sit on the phone all day in order to get hold of someone to find out where my package is???
Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommeind
