This site was good until it was taken over and now it just gets worse and worse everyday to the point its months and months of empty spins no bonuses and when you do finally get a bonus that is empty aswell!! They say its about luck its not its rigged same winners all the time same person won 2 jackpots and a tp all in the same day crazy!! I know someone who hasn't won anything in 2 years 🙄 when you mention anything your then cut of by cm or called everything under the sun by the people who suck up cms arse it's ridiculous I get the risk and you don't win all the time but it's impossible to win these days when every single spin is empty!!! You are a disgrace to your loyal customers who play your Cinco game. Without telling us you have reduced the big jackpots by 80%. Instead of apologising you just brush it off in your reply to another player who complained about it. You could have at least asked our opinions on it. Unhappy customer
We as customers are not asked about updates. You just go ahead and do them and when we complain you say it’s to improve things, like joining the chats in cinco it’s very confusing and no one likes it. Now out of the blue you have reduced the jp . Was told we now have more numbers to get it in but no we don’t it’s still 5 for top amount, 6 for next & 7 for last. Sorry but not happy with the way things are done it’s very underhanded it was only by chance we noticed jp reduced.
