I have never in my 60 years of living been spoken to like a child until now by tombola 5 times this year I have had to sit and listen like a naughty girl that I spent to much time on the site I dont play it for 2 weeks out the month as once I reach my limit I cant anyways 🙃 then im asked personal questions and because I stood my ground my account has been closed for 6 months and told its for my own good so know matter what you do tombola will treat you like a child

Tombola is the biggest load of crap ever they treat adults like kids bullying people by disabling your account if you spend too much but within the limits tombola set they are pathetic! The weekly spend limit set by tombola was £350 a week and now they have raised it to £500 per week ! So if your that concerned about how much people are spending why raise the weekly limits tombola !! How the hell can people enjoy your wonderful site when your treating us like idiots

Don't waste your time or money here! Purchased over 1000 tickets no wins, when watching it takes around 55 calls before a win then when you play it happens within 45 isn't that a miracle

I’ve been using this site for more years than I can remember, but I've finally had enough and closed my account. I’m fully expecting a generic copy-and-paste reply to this about how "sorry" they are, but the truth is the site has gone completely downhill. The returns are a joke—you’re lucky if you get 10p or 20p back on a 50p or £1 stake. Pair that with a really poor selection of games and constant, misleading promo emails, and it’s just not worth it anymore.
The absolute final straw was the customer service. If you have the misfortune of dealing with Sarah, good luck. She shouldn't be working with the public at all. I’ve never been spoken to like I’m so thick or treated like a child by a company I've given money to for years.
Honestly, save your time and cash. Go to Jackpotjoy or Rainbow Riches instead. They actually have a decent selection of games, better graphics, and you don’t get insulted by the staff or the pathetic payouts.
