If you liking wait this is the place for you

Where do I begin had no car since January 2026 try to book in nothing till may 18th. Ask to go on cancellation list not even offered. Why buy a new car when it goes wrong just wait. Deal with it. Well take the car back then it's making me sick

Avoid their repair centre at all costs

Avoid their repair centre at all costs. Their service is awful, they left me with a defective airbag for over 2 weeks. After booking in for a repair, i was told it was a 1 day job, after 6hrs i hadnt heard anything about progress so called to enquire, they then told me the dont have the part and cant do the fix. They said they would be in touch when they get it, after 2 weeks i hadnt heard anything so chased, they then said another 48hrs for an update. 4 days later still waiting, I would never use their service again.

Life made easier with Tony Levoi

My experience with Tony Levoi was as usual very good. My car was collected promptly . The required repair was done and then the car was returned to me promptly. I like it when a Plan goes well !!!

We were appalled with the service we…

We were appalled with the service we recently received at Levoi Lakeside branch.

As our three-year PCP agreement was coming to an end, we attended a scheduled appointment with one of their agents to discuss our available options. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.

The agent we met with was not engaging and did not provide the level of customer service we would expect. During our meeting, she repeatedly left us to speak with her manager rather than handling our queries directly. This led to unnecessary delays and made the process feel disjointed and unprofessional.

We specifically asked if the manager could come and speak with us directly to discuss our contract and options. However, we were told that the manager “stays away,” which we found both surprising and frustrating—particularly as we could clearly see him approaching other customers on the showroom floor to congratulate them on their purchases.

This inconsistency in customer treatment was disappointing and made us feel undervalued. Ultimately, the lack of engagement, transparency, and support led us to leave without progressing any further.

We hope they take this feedback seriously and review their customer service approach, as this experience has negatively impacted our perception of their business.

We would appreciate a response addressing our experience.

I doubt if we would renew any contracts with Levoi and would look to other car companies for future new cars.

had my car mot lovely caring staff…

had my car mot lovely caring staff looked after me got to my appointment
a few hours early so had to wait to get it
done at appointment time as they couldn't fit me in earlier had coffee and biscuits to eat that were supplied
car passed with a few things that got picked up on for probably on its next sevice
