Zij reageren niet op klachten , niet op hun eigen contactformulier en niet telefonisch .

Je besteld hier een dure tent en nog duurdere tent op bergtassen. Welke na eenmalig correct gebruik onder ideale weersomstandigheden en de tent is kapot .
Tentzeil bladert af aan alle kanten, op de naden scheurt deze overal.
Wanneer je contact opneemt over de wettelijke garantie krijg je na maanden van mailen en contact zoeken eindelijk reactie.
Zij zouden zich houden aan de wettelijke garantie, dit was op 3 maart 2026.
We moesten ons adres bevestigen.
Dit hebben wij direct gedaan.
Hierna ontvang je precies NIKS en hoor je ze nooit meer en reageren ze ook nergens meer op.
Het is schandalig maar bovenal oplichting door deze oplichters.
Maar wij gaan hier niet mee akkoord.
En blijven reviews plaatsen tot ons de wettelijke garantie is verleend.

Der Pavillon wurde schnell und eigentlich gut verpackt angeliefert. Beim Auspacken mussten wir leider feststellen, dass ein Gabelstabler einen Pfosten beschädigt hatte, kann passieren. Nachdem wir ein Bild mit der Beschädigung an Toolport gesandt hatten, erhielten wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Ersatz. Das nennt man Kundenservice. Der Aufbau war einfach und schnell erledigt. Die Aufbauanleitung verständlich.
Wir können Toolport und den Pavillon nur empfehlen.

Wir benutzen ein 3x6m Pavillon als Autounterstellplatz, von Ostern bis Oktober, danach wird es abgebaut.
Spätestens wenn wir es zum 3, Jahr wieder aufbauen, reisst wieder an allen Ecken der Stoff ein, der ist so porös, das er schon am krümeln ist, wenn wir die Plane auspacken.
Wir haben schon einmal ein Ersatzdach gekauft, kostet schlappe 400 Euro, das Pavillon selbst hat um die 700 Euro gekostet. Also haben wir bisher schon 1100 Euro ausgegeben und jetzt ist das Dach schon wieder eingerissen.Man traut es sich gar nicht anzufassen, weil es reisst, sobald man das Dach hin und her zieht.
Fazit: Hält genau 2 Jahre und das Ersatzelt ist sehr teuer!

Im extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the response from House of Tents.

After purchasing a second Toolport tent, three zips failed after the very first setup. This has left me with a structure that cannot even be properly closed, completely unacceptable for something marketed as durable storage.

What’s even more frustrating is their response. They’ve simply stated that zips are excluded from the warranty, blaming “usage factors”, despite the fact this happened immediately, not over time. There has been no real investigation, no accountability, and no willingness to stand behind their product.

To then suggest I should pay for replacement panels for something that failed almost instantly is frankly poor customer service.

For context, my first tent from them had significantly stronger zips and no issues, so this clearly points to a decline in product quality.

If you’re considering buying, be aware:
• The materials (particularly zips) are weak
• Warranty exclusions are used to avoid responsibility
• Aftercare is dismissive at best

This completely ignores basic consumer rights. Products should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable — none of which apply here if key components fail immediately.

I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and expected far better. I would not purchase again.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Zelte ist hervorragend und die Qualität absolut überzeugend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche technische Support, der sich kundenorientiert und engagiert um Problemlösungen bemüht. Während die Qualität der Rohre solide ist, ließe sich die Verschraubung durch den Einsatz von Karosserie-Scheiben (K-Scheiben) noch optimieren.

Sehr schönes Zelt und top Service !

Hab ein Pavillon gefunden und bestellt.
Bei der Lieferung gab es einen kleinen Defekt.
Nach dem Telefonat wurde mir umgehend Ersatz geliefert. Für mich 10 Sterne ⭐️

Nach zwei Jahren hatte ich ein Problem mit meinem Pavillion. Nach einem kurzen freundlichem Telefonat mit dem Service, wurde es behoben.
Super Pavillion und super Service.

Tysk selskap som utgir seg for å være en norsk nettbutikk. Umulig å løse reklamasjon av produkt. Erstatningene det klages over blir nå tydeligvis sendt via en polsk transportør, og den truer meg å anmelde meg til tollen fordi jeg ikke vil betale skatt igjen basert på en fiktiv faktura for produkter som ble skadet. Svindlerkonsept. Toolport svarer ikke lenger på e-poster!!!

2 måneder siden bestilling, produktet (for 30000NOK) kan fortsatt ikke brukes!!!

Ich bin absolut zufrieden und werde hier wieder einkaufen

Wir haben von dieser Firma drei Hochbeete in Holzoptik erstanden. Der Hersteller dieser Beete hat seinen Stammsitz in Österreich und die Toolport GmbH vertreibt recht viele, wenn nicht alle, Modelle von dort.

Nun haben wir Weihnachten einen Hochbeet-Aufsatz gekauft, der auch recht schnell geliefert wurde.

Die Qualität mutete - wie bei den Hochbeeten - wertig an. Ein Teil wichtiges hat aber eine eigenartige Macke, die aussieht, als wäre dort ein dicker Nagel quer eingedrungen. Beim Zusammenbau habe ich dann festgestellt, dass Schrauben fehlen. Diese habe ich mir dann nach "Rücksprache" telefonisch und per Mail, selber kaufen dürfen. Beim weiterbauen stellte ich dann fest, dass auch nicht genügend Muttern dem Paket beilagen. Wieder musste ich 20 km ( ein Weg) fahren, um mir in einem entsprechend sortierten Baumarkt, diese zu besorgen.
Der Hochbeet-Aufsatz war preislich herabgesetzt. Im Glauben, dass das an der Jahreszeit liegt (Winter), habe ich dieses Angebot angenommen. Dass dann ein großes Bauteil einen Defekt hat und Schrauben und Muttern fehlen, haben nicht nur den Preisvorteil aufgewogen, sie haben auch zu Stress und Ärger geführt.
Kleiner Tipp am Ende: Laden Sie sich die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem Netz herunter, die beiliegende Erklärung ist so klein kopiert, dass man Nummern und Zusammenhänge - wenn überhaupt - nur schwer nachvollziehen kann.

Mir sind die Kunststoffplatten von einem mini Hagel durchschlagen wurden und der Pavillon war nur 1 Jahr alt.
Teurer Spaß ,den man angeblich jahrelang stehen lassen kann.

After having some transit communication issues . This was eventually resolved by a phone call and the customer care after that was excellent.

Ich hatte bei Toolport ein Partyzelt 3x5m bestellt. Der Bestellvorgang war unkompliziert und die 4 Pakete schnell versandfertig gemacht. Die Zustellung über GLS klappte nicht, die Pakete wurden gar nicht erst zugestellt. Ich musste mich selbst um die Abholung in einem Shop kümmern. Nach Anruf bei der Hotline von Toolport wurde sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und mir ein sehr tolles Angebot gemacht. Danke dafür. Das Zelt ist für diesen Preis mehr als in Ordnung und bei der Hotline wird einem tatsächlich noch, so weit möglich, geholfen.
Ich bestelle gern wieder.

Ich fand den Service gut und freundlich. Hat alles super geklappt und die Ware, bei mir war es ein Zelt 4x6m, ist tip top. Lieferung etwas länger als angegeben aber fand ich nicht schlimm.
Negativ: Die Verpackung ist wirklich richtig besch..... aber war nichts kaputt oder defekt.

I bought a marquee from Toolport GmbH via Amazon, and from the moment it arrived, it was a real joy to set up! The installation was surprisingly fun and easy to follow, and the final result looked absolutely fantastic, sturdy, well-designed, and visually impressive.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. Even when I encountered an issue later on, Toolport went above and beyond to help. Despite the return period having passed, they made every effort to resolve the matter amicably and professionally, finding a fair solution that completely exceeded my expectations.

Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is rare to find. I'm genuinely impressed and will not hesitate to buy from them again. Looking forward to purchasing many more products from Toolport, highly recommended!

Got paviljong Forest Superior, loft grey, 3x4, and impressed by everyrhing. Quality on paint, screws, fittform,construction,curtains. Even plastic knobs on top of screws just clips on perfectly. My best purchase in a long Long time.Ronny in Norway.
