I have never paid more than $10-$15 dollars for a pair of sunnies. I decided to take the plunge when an influencer I watch offered a discount code. The first pair I ordered were the Ivy Luxe - Clear Black Tangle Free Round Aviator Sunglasses. I was instantly in love with them and the tangle free aviator style is genius. The sunnies have a cool vibe to them and I do get compliments when I’m out. Never again will I own a cheap pair that gets tangled up in my hair. I have since ordered another pair of the Ivy Luxe in the Olive color.

I love all of the glasses I have purchased from TopFoxx! From the blue light blocking glasses to sunglasses they have me covered. I constantly get compliments about all pairs I own from TopFoxx. I am a customer for life!!

If only they had a phone number. Takes a bit of time to get a response, but they do aim to please and have great customer service once you get a response. The sunglasses are well made. I will continue to buy and recommend them to others.

I really wanted to like the Bella Sunglasses. Everyone on social media raves about them so I thought I would give them a try. They are tight. They are supposed to be tangle free but they are so tight it hurts to even slide them up top of my head.

I requested a return and selected the pay my own shipping label. They replied 24 hours later and told me they were sorry and said once was I paid the invoice they will send me another email to download the shipping label. $8 is steap for that tiny box and I'm already annoyed they did not listen that I was going to pay my own shipping label because I know I can ship them for less so I just paid the $8 and got it over with. We'll 72 hours after that invoice is paid and I still do not have the return shipping label mailed to me. At this point I think they are trying to hold out so it reaches 30 days and I can't return them.

I ordered the Bella sunglasses in coffee. They look gorgeous online. However, mine came extremely crooked. It was a defect for sure. I asked customer service to send me a replacement pair after providing them with images that clearly shows jusy how visible the crookedness were even at just first glance. They wouldn’t do it. They made me go return the defective pair first before anything else. Absolutely unacceptable! Not to mention, their customer service takes at least a whole week to respond to emails.

Still haven’t gotten my warranty replacement after paying $15 for the warranty 2 mos ago.

Glasses too small for my face, hair still got caught between the metal nose piece and framing. Sent 2 emails for a return and refund and also called and nothing. Still waiting on a response.

Absolutely LOVE all their glasses and love even more that they stand behind their product. Customer service is responsive and very accommodating. I have several pairs and bought for friends as well. They look great on everyone. My fav sunnies

They are very heavy and look cheap. They weren’t very expensive, so I guess that’s to be expected. I wouldn’t buy them again

i’ve many pairs of sunglasses from Topfoxx and I love them. All the quality is great. Customer service is great. I had a pair stolen on vacation and sent in my receipts and they replaced them for me and I’m very happy with the products and the customer service.

Website is easy to use. Product is great quality. I bought the Kara Mirrored sunnies, actually all 4 pairs, and absolutely love them. They are stylish and so lightweight. I don’t get marks on the bridge of my nose. Awesome for sure. Lots of compliments received on them.

These are great, I love the style and I love that they dont catch my hair. The seems to be very well made not flimsy at all.

I have the Bella in three different lenses (red, green and mirror bronze), LOVE the look and comfort of them!

I love my Kara Sunglasses. They lift my face!

I was not sure about ordering from company's that I see online and now I know why. You get a discount but then they apply it to the cheap case not the glasses and then they send it 2 weeks later and no case and then I am advised that they are out of the case and can not send it. Poor experience all around will not use them again. Now I have to call my credit card company and open a dispute.

I love these glasses, but they loosen very quickly, making them unwearable after a month.

To tight around nose area

I purchased the Bella sunglasses because they look really nice on the models. They are extremely to large for my face. If you have a petite face these are not for you. I wanted to send back for refund but the entire refund process require more money to be spent on the consumers part. So not only are these glasses PRICEY in order to return OR exchange you have to either pay for a shipping label from the company for $7.99 or purchase your own shipping label which turns out is more expensive than purchasing from the company. I will not return to purchase from this company again. I will go back to other name brand companies who honor their returns or exchanges for their customers to be satisfied.

I received these so quickly! I love them. Couldn’t believe the price for this quality!
