A 2 man delivery team Rob and Cai could have easily without any effort taken the drawers upstairs to their designated place and taken away the packaging but instead left my wife with it stood up on its end blocking the hallway. Thanks Lads very kind and gentlemanly of you. EDIT. I was sent a link by text message to review Top Furniture. I replied to the message that I would have left a nice review if they had helped the wife get it upstairs and the reply was a laughing emoji saying HA HA. I should also mention instead of carrying the drawers into the hall with someone at each end they ROLLED the furniture into the front door and left it up ended in the hall blocking it off. That’s a whole new level of laziness. The drawer unit is ‘spray painted’ and we got white paint dust on our clothes moving it and a broken off piece of wood was in one drawer so evidently lacking in quality control? Overall a poor buying experience. I wouldn’t buy from them again and neither can I recommend based on our experience.

Great customer service at the Dartford showroom right throughout being informed of delivery times and the actual delivery...5 stars all round.

I have taken delivery of my new bedroom furniture today (Delivered by Harvey and Pete) and am really pleased with the quality of the product and also the courtesy of the guys carrying everything upstairs after driving for 3 hours and arriving by 630am🫡
I’ll be back (as will my some of my family after showing them the pictures)

I've given five stars even though one unit arrived damaged and I had to wait another couple of weeks to get the replacement, I absolutely love these units and they look gorgeous well worth the money and because of the prompt service when the other was damaged I cannot fault the quality or the service

Rob and Cai delivered my bedside furniture and were amazing. I received a phone call few days before which was followed up by a text telling me an exact time. The guys delivered as planned and lifted the bedside cabinets into the house for me. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company - I absolutely love my new bedside cabinets. Top furniture is a brilliant company to buy from. Right from placing my order to receiving my items has been hassle free. My tv unit look's amazing in my living room along with the 2 nest of matching tables I purchased, really impressed with the quality. I am now going to order the chest of drawers for my bedroom to match my bedside cabinet. Delivery guys were perfect, very helpful and polite. Well done.

I needed to return the first coffee table that I purchased. It was absolutely no fault of Top Furniture, it was just that the table was slightly too large once it was actually in situ. Their customer service staff were excellent, and there was no issues with the collection.
The replacement table was well-made, and superb quality (as was the initial one). I would have no hesitation at all in purchasing from them again.
