We have 2 acre site in Croydon Surrey we had a arson attack we called TCS spoke to Nathan within a hour we had a supervisor turn look out site he called his team inn to put 24hr camera system inn which they monitor we so impressed with other business have put this inn place

Tcs are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Always pay on time and higher management is there to help the employees.
Jokers at all ! I went to the interview promising me to work 60-70 hours weekly but after I started I was working 60 hours just the first 2 weeks,then they started reducing my shifts with each week until I go to zero ! The owners don’t care about you and always put their favourites to work ! If you are willing to work for them as a main income source better don’t start as they will promise you work but you are going to finish on the zero as they did with me ! That’s the reason why I got a second job because I had difficulties to pay my bills and when I told this directly to Chris Wheeler he used a plenty of excuses to protect himself and the company ! He is such a stubborn selfish man…He’s got a total disrespect towards his employees! Don’t work for them !
I worked at this Company and therefore am keeping my real details secret.
They would lie to Clients about reasons when the Cameras went down, Claim it was always a Software update .. and we were told to never admit anything was wrong just tell them some story if they ask. They would punish their own Guards by not giving them shifts if they did not do what they wanted and we were told to tell them lies as well and keep them in the dark.
I Contacted Total Care Security to arrange some Security for a Construction site that was Opening soon to be met with poor customer service, promised quotes that had to be chased up, calls never returned as promised and in the end I was let down - Thanks!
I dealt with Total Care Security in an attempt to acquire some Guards for a Project in London, I called up and got through to a control room, they were not very helpful and took my details and said that someone would be in touch, no one ever called me back and when I phoned up again i got an attitude off someone called Alyson, telling me that they do have a job to do and can are busy, when i asked to speak to someone else i was cut off. Poor customer service, a company like this will not hold into clients or gain new ones.
